Words used in Studio
Active list
Everyone covered by the policy, one row per member, with their ID, relation and class. Also called the census or member list.
Utilization sheet
Every claim in the period, one row per claim, with the amount and the date. Also called the claims report.
Table of benefits
What the policy covers and the limit for each benefit, by class. Often shortened to TOB.
Loss ratio
Claims paid divided by the premium earned. Above 100% means the insurer paid out more than it received.
Premium earned
The part of the annual premium that belongs to the months covered by the data.
Annualised
A figure scaled up to twelve months, so part of a year can be compared with a full year.

The share of a bill the member pays themselves, such as 20% of a doctor’s visit.

A member treated for a long-term condition in at least three different months.

Edited the file? Add the animations back

Download without animations, make your changes in PowerPoint and save. Then drop the edited file here: Studio adds the animations again, with the count-ups using your new numbers.

Shapes you added yourself stay still. Save the file in PowerPoint; other apps can remove what Studio needs.
